  Had to wait for Staff too wash/clean glasses at the bar and then beer was served in hot glasses after they wiped them down with a dishcloth (surely a HEALTH issue). 6 of the 8 meals were overcooked/burnt or were not at all tasty with poor servings. It was toward the end of restaurant hours but our timely orders had been accepted by Staff after they had advised us of the 'kitchen close' hours. An apparent 'busy' night is no excuse for poor service & meal quality.

  Service was terrible. Meal order wrong. Young guy kept blaming it on new staff when he kept trying to deliver food (at least three times) to wrong tables.

  Very disappointed waited well over hour for main meal. They forgot our entree altogether. My partner had to remind them just before we finished main meal. Bar staff in restaurant didnt know how to make cocktails. Don't have oysters on menu anymore. Very disappointed as been coming here for years onl

  When our group of 8 attempted to leave feedback on our experience (as promoted by Irish Finnegan's), we could only find one (1) feedback form. Note: Feedback is used by most businesses to ensure a high standard of service & quality for their patrons...and also their business reputation.

  Terrible service. Took over 40 minutes to bring out the meals. Took 30 minutes to tell someone they had run out of pork. Promised them a different meal however it was not what was promised. A child's meal had been ordered and came out after all the adults' meals. Finally the kid's milkshake came out after approximately 45 mins. A burger was ordered and the bun was wet and soggy as they had put pineapple directly on the bun. Didn't clear plates away and as a result flies started hanging around. Extremely disappointed as it used to be one of our favorite places to go
